Executive Board Nominations

RMACAC offers members the opportunity to nominate candidates for Board positions. Self-nominations are welcome. Nominations will open each spring.

Nominations for Election to Open Board Positions

Many committee chairs will be finishing their RMACAC service in April. The Governance and Nominating Committee is searching for interested people to fill these vacancies. This an opportunity to help shape the future of our organization while carrying on RMACAC's vision. Board service has been an incredible experience for many current and past Chairs both professionally and personally and we encourage you to think about applying.

The deadline to submit a nomination has passed. Voting will occur in March and those elected will be announced at SuperConference 2023 in Spokane!

Open Board Positions 

Advancement Chair: The committee chair is responsible for initiating and overseeing RMACAC fundraising activities. The main duties include setting policies, priorities, and goals for fundraising programs for the current fiscal year and reviewing the ongoing performance of each campaign. This is a three-year term.

College Fair Chair: With support from a committee, the RMACAC College Fairs Chair organizes and attends seven college fairs annually throughout the RMACAC region. This is a three-year term.

IDEA Chair: The IDEA chair oversees a committee to improve and create opportunities for college access for traditionally underrepresented and underserved populations through the five-state RMACAC region. This is a three-year term.

Membership Chair: The membership chair assists and oversees the growth of the organization and maintains contact with our 1000+ (and growing!) professional members. This is a three-year term.
