Job Description: Job Summary: This position is responsible for representing Naropa University in all aspects of the admissions process, including: knowledge of all academic programs and departmental policies, with in-depth knowledge of undergraduate programs; inquiry conversion; determination of “fit” with Naropa University; and admissions decisions. The position also manages a large recruitment territory, including substantial travel, interviewing, correspondence with students, parents, counselors, and application review. The job is roughly made up of 40% administrative work, 30% travel/outreach/conversion, and 30% counseling and interviewing.
